About me

Hi, nice to have you here! I am Yvo, a professional wedding photographer and filmmaker living in Barcelona.

I got into wedding photography in my early 30ties. After having studied law at the University of Zurich, I moved to southern Europe in 2012. Since then I had the chance to live in such beautiful cities as Barcelona, Paris, Zurich and Venice.
The inspiring summer evenings in Barcelona helped me to choose my path and make my dream come true: being a professional photographer. I simply could not imagine a better job for me so I quit my old job to dedicate myself with all my passion to my new life project.

Due to personal and business reasons, I am spend a few months per year in Switzerland, Venice and Paris. I would love to document your wedding there or somewhere else around the world.

Besides my mother tongue Swiss German, I am fluent in German, English and Spanish. I also speak good French and Italian, which means that I a well prepared for most weddings.

I would describe myself as an open and very positive person. Besides delivering beautiful photos, it ts crucial to me, that you enjoy being in front of the camera.
